April’s event was held on Burano on Sunday 7th April at the brand new Artisanal ‘Pub’, Fabbrica birra&piadina, who offered to host a private area in their courtyard for us.
The young guys who have set up this clever enterprise were very kind. They also run Gelateria Crema nearby along with selling spectacular balsamic vinegars in the shop opposite. It was Alessandro, from AB Foods, who kindly provided a gift of the balsamic vinegar for our charity raffle at the party.
We weren't quite able to organise a private boat to visit San Francesco Del Deserto so that's for the future but there were some first time visitors to Burano who were very happy to wander around on the island beforehand.
